Provides treatment of opiate/opioid dependency using subutex/suboxone (FDA/DEA approved forms of Buprenorphine) and individual counseling at discounted fee-for-service rates.
Hours of operation
Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 2:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to Noon
Fees charged
No Medicaid or insurance, $30 one-time enrollment fee; then $30/wk plus cost of medication.
Intake procedure
ID to verify name and age, no usage of opiords/opiates at least 12 hrs prior to intake

18 years of age or parental consent
