About Homeless Residential Assessment Program

The mission of the Comprehensive Alcoholism Rehabilitation Programs, Inc. is to provide prevention, education and treatment services through a Continuum of Care, to individuals and families affected by alcoholism, drug dependency and co-occurring disorders, to achieve an abstinence-based recovery.

The program is designed to provide, to homeless adults, emergency and non-emergency non-medical triage services, including problem identification, stabilization and referral linkage for continuing care within the substance abuse, mental health, or homeless provider networks in Palm Beach County. Homeless adults who are difficult to stabilize or to link for continuing care may be provided limited residential support with case management services.

Costs: Publically funded program.
