Clean and Serene is a non-profit foundation that was born from a deep realization that recovery is a process and not a destination. For many, recovery begins with a 28 day program, in-patient or out-patient. This is a fabulous first step in the recovery process; "intensive care". Once the program is complete, the true challenge begins. Living life on life's terms. For long-term recovery to occur, it is important to enmesh oneself in the recovery process while gaining new and lasting tools and support. Attending 12 Step meetings, working with a sponsor, forming new relationships through sobriety focused programs and creating new, healthy habits are all paramount in living life, free of drugs and alcohol.
