We serve residents of Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Putnam (emergency services only), Suwannee and Union counties. Our locations in Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Levy, Suwannee, and Union counties provide Case Management and Outpatient Counseling. In addition, locations in Alachua and Columbia counties provide Crisis Intervention, Crisis Stabilization, Detox, Residential, and Supported Living services. All services can be accessed through our 24-hour telephone Access Center.
