Bridgewater Family Service Center

The Bridgewater office provides in intensive outpatient group for adolescents that meet after school and is designed to facilitate the road to recovery, as well as an adolescent prevention group and community outreach.

Comprehensive Family Treatment of Addictions

Services: Alcohol/drug assessments, individual and family therapy, co-dependency program, adolescent and young children groups, adult children of alcoholics, family education program. After care services are available for adults and adolescents and their families after rehabilitation program is completed. Adolescent early intervention program and adolescent intensive outpatient program.

Eligibility Criteria: Resident of Somerset County. Substance abuse diagnosis.

Wait List: There is no waiting list for this service.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling

Services: Alcohol/drug assessments, individual, group and family therapy provided on an outpatient basis to individuals and families impacted by drugs/alcohol;

Eligibility Criteria: Any client seeking substance abuse services and are free from acute medical and psychiatric symptomatology (DT's, acute detoxification symptoms, non-suicidal, non-homicidal, delusions or hallucinations), and are appropriate for outpatient substance abuse services as per ASAM criteria are eligible.

Wait List: Clients generally seen for intake within 2-3 weeks.
