About Choosing Life Center Commerce City

The Choosing Life Center is an outpatient treatment facility which works with adults who have substance abuse issues. Offers a monitored completely random urinalysis program which can include breath tests or monitored Antabuse. Also offers individual and group drug and alcohol therapy sessions and written drug and alcohol evaluations.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
