About HINA MAUKA Alcohol Rehab

Intake: Mon. - Fri. (walk-ins): 9:00 a.m - 1:15 p.m.

Offers pre treatment, residential, day and outpatient substance abuse treatment services for adults. Also provides a Family Education and Program (topics include ways to intervene, recognizing the destructive nature of enabling, and learning about what options are available) for family and friends of persons addicted to alcohol and/or drugs.
School based outpatient treatment for adolescents in public middle and high schools.

ELIGIBILITY:  Substance abusers or dually diagnosed. Family Education & Counseling Program is open to family and friends of people addicted to alcohol and other drugs (even if the addicted people aren't in treatment).     
TARGET:  Adult Program(s): Age 18 and over.
Adolescent Program(s): Students at Aliamanu Middle School, Castle High School, King Intermediate School, Kahuku High School, Mililani High School, Radford High School, Kalaheo High School, Kalani High School, Kaiser Highschol, Kahuku High School, Mililani Middle School, Mililani High School, Olomana Youth Center, Pearl City High School, Highlands Intermediate High School     
FEES:  Vary depending on services provided. Family Education & Counseling Program: $7 per session.     
INSURANCE:  Most carriers accepted. Some state funding available.     
INTAKE PROCEDURE:  Phone or walk-in. Screening interview - by phone and face-to-face.

     
INTAKE PERSON:  Admissions Supervisor and Intake Counselor.     
LANGUAGES:  English. Can arrange for interpreters.     
ACCESSIBILITY:  Barrier-free for disabled.     
TRANSPORTATION:  Rides provided by agency for appointments and outings for residential clients.
