This program provides opiate replacement therapy/methadone maintenance for opiate therapy/ prescription pain and pill addiction. Individual and group counseling. Also offers subpeona treatment for opiate addiction.

Eligibility:18yrs and older adults with history of 1 year plus of opiate addiction
Hours:6:00 am-1:30 pm, Mon-Fri
6:00 am-9:00 pm, Sat
6:00 am-8:00 pm, Sun
Intake procedure:Present at Clinic with valid ID, will meet the medical and clinical staff Mon-Fri 6:00 am-10:00 am only.
Fees:$40.00/Intake and $12.00/Daily (Cash Only)
