CENTER FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is a methadone and suboxone maintenance program for those addicted to opiates. Outpatient substance abuse treatment is available at the Extended Outpatient Level ($320 for six weeks). Both group and individual sessions are available. Offers OWI and substance abuse evaluations and referrals to other agencies.
