About this Facility
Phoenix House’s James Ottmar Residence provides recovery housing in an environment exclusively for women. The six- to twelve-month program reinforces healthy behaviors and helps clients work toward community reintegration and financial independence. Applicants must demonstrate: a commitment to sober living and sustainable recovery; a minimum of 30 to 60 days of sobriety prior to residency; the ability to live peacefully and constructively in a group setting; an attitude of respect, support, and consideration towards peers; and the willingness to seek employment within two weeks of admission while paying a modest weekly rent.
